T-shirts for Gertrudes Orphanage!

After seeing the video at church about the Haiti mission trip last year (particularly the part including the kids from Gertrude’s Orphanage), Emily Ellen wanted to do something for the children there.  This sweet, sweet girl came up with the idea of decorating t-shirts for each of the children as a way to let them know that they are loved, not only by God, but by people in another part of the world. She raised the money for the supplies to buy and decorate the shirts…and we are taking them down on Saturday!!!

The shirts say, “Jezi Remnen Mwen” which means “Jesus Loves Me” in Creole.
